How much does it cost to ship a vehicle?

How long does vehicle shipping take?
Local moves within the Pacific Northwest take 1–3 days. Cross-country shipments typically take 7–10 days door-to-door. Expedited service is available on most routes.
Is my vehicle insured during transport?
Yes. Every carrier in our network is fully licensed, bonded, and carries cargo insurance. Enclosed transport includes up to $1M coverage. We provide a Bill of Lading inspection at pickup and delivery.
Do I need to be present for pickup and delivery?
Either you or an authorized adult (18+) must be present at both pickup and delivery to inspect the vehicle and sign the Bill of Lading.
Can I put items inside my vehicle?
DOT regulations allow up to 100 lbs of personal items in the trunk. Items are not covered by carrier insurance, so we recommend keeping valuables with you.
Do you ship non-running vehicles?
Yes. We have carriers equipped with winches for inoperable vehicles. Let us know at booking so we can dispatch the right equipment.
How do I prepare my vehicle for shipping?
Wash the car so existing damage is visible, remove personal items and toll tags, leave only ¼ tank of fuel, disable alarms, and document any pre-existing damage with photos.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH, wire transfer, and certified checks. A small deposit secures your booking and the balance is due on delivery.
